those two pigs are irritating as houseflies..
maybe even worst..
someone got a fly swapper thing???

orhbigood kafai fell down today..
credits to leslie for pulling the chair away when fai was about to place his smelly stinky ass on it..
though it was accidentally.. but..

i allowed myself to indulge one stick of ice cream today..
been eyeing them v long le.. there's a few sticks in the fridge.. but i had controlled myself for pretty long already..

i realised i also ate a sneakers bar this afternoon while reading my notes in the lib..

hmm.. i forgot about the choco when i ate the ice cream..
it was meant to be a reward to myself for breaking my running distance record!!
i think the furtherest i've eva ran was 3.2..

today.. i ran... wait let me count..
10x400m = 4km
3x400 = 1.2km
4+1.2-0.1 = ~5km...

yup! that should be the longest countable distance i've ran..
i feel a great sense of achievement..
but i dun think i can or will be doing that again soon.. =(
